Karen Gordon, ProducerKaren Gordon got her start in the video production business over thirty years ago. For the last three decades she has produced hundreds of projects in literally every industry from sports, medical, corporate, technology and manufacturing, for both broadcast, web streaming and industrial (non-broadcast) uses. The advent of video on the internet has created a panorama of new, creative ways to advertise and market on the web using video. With a purebred video production pedigree that long pre-dates the digital era, she has the skill set to give your video production materials a polished, professional look that will set your company ahead of the competition. Karen has been producing, writing and editing a wide variety of video production projects in Houston, Texas for the last fifteen years.

Gordon has been the driving force behind several successful video production start-ups. In 1997 she launched her latest venture, Gordon Productions, based in Houston, Texas. With a focus on small and mid-size companies looking for national-quality work, she assembles a team of top Houston talent for each project she produces. She is considered to be one of the top motorsports editors and has produced numerous video production award winners in the auto racing arena.

Her skill set includes producing/directing, script writing and editing. Additionally, her full range of experience includes expertise budgeting, scheduling and managing all aspects of production from pre-production to final delivery.

Dan BlustDan Blust has been shooting and directing since 1981 ... and he still loves what he's doing! Dan believes that some of the best performances are derived from minimal directing. He has had the opportunity to direct Jerry Lewis, Marie Osmond, Robert Goulet, Deborah Gibson, Clay Walker and many more. Dan is one of the most sought out 'go to' DPs in Houston and works with producers from New York to L.A., and of course has a bank of business right here at home in Houston, Texas.

Steve KarthollSteve Kartholl has over thirty years experience in all aspects of the television and broadcast video business. On weekends you'll find Steve at various race tracks around the world from Monza to Talladega. His work regularly appears on Speed Channel, CBS Sports, FOX, NBC, ESPN, ESPN2 and other networks and cable channels.

Steve got his start in television in 1971 and in 1973 he became the newscast director at a network affiliate in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After a stint as production manager at WDBO Orlando in 1981, Kartholl co-owned several production facilities including Image Resources, Orlando's largest production facility. In 1990 Kartholl decided to pursue the end of the video business he loved the most ... behind the camera lens covering his favorite subject material, motorsports.

Over the last dozen years he has shot virtually every type of auto racing event and is considered one of the foremost racing photographers on the planet.

In addition, Steve shoots hydroplanes, air races, water ski and wake board events and golf, plus a host of other projects including commercial and industrial presentations.

When he's not shooting, you can find Steve traipsing Northern California's vineyards tasting wine or playing golf. Oh yeah, he's a heck of a chef too!
